- I just found out (by trial) that you can use QVT's script when
- starting a telnet session using tnstart.exe.
-
- As mentioned in the manual, you can use the script by having an entry
- in qvtnet.rc that has script=filename line and then selecting that configulation
- from the 'terminal' button.
-
- Once you have qvtnet.rc set up, you can issue the following from
- Program/File Manager and you get the same effect as selecting the
- configulation 'start terminal' dialog.
-
- 'tnstart hostname configname'
-
- This may already be well known, but I just thought I'd share the info.

- I can't see why anyone would want to pay for this kind of setup when all of
- the stuff is available as freeware/shareware. Also, while I have not tried
- this particular software from Notis, if it is remotely similar to the code
- they distribute for their library management system then I wouldn't want it at
- any price, free or otherwise. Their stuff consistently promises way more than
- it delivers. Usually, the problems start with the installation instructions
- and things go downhill from there.
